I found Mr Smith after having had a negative consultation experience at one of the big cosmetic surgery companies. I came to Mr Smith asking for breast uplift aswell as implants as my previous consultation elsewhere had left me feeling naive to think I could just have an augmentation. Mr Smith put me at ease straight away, he made me feel so much better about myself and helped me understand it's better to do the augmentation first, let it heal and see about an uplift in the future (if needed) . Mr Smith said I will probably be happy with the result of augmentation alone. He's right. I'm a mother of two and don't require nipples up near my shoulders anyway. I was keen to not have that kind of scarring as well. Needless to say, I went ahead with the operation and am so so pleased with the results - better than I ever could've imagined! My experience with Mr Smith and his team at Springfield hospital was so positive, I would recommend to anyone thinking about getting it done.

I had a microdochectomy aka milk duct removed. I was put at ease at all times and no pressure to have the procedure done. All staff from Simon Smith, to the anaesthetist, nurses and office staff were amazing. Would highly recommend if this procedure is recommended.

I had a nodule on my thyroid for around 3/4 years before I decided to have it removed. Every appointment I had I was made to feel at ease and well informed and was never any pressure for me to have surgery until I felt the nodule had gotten too big but it was always monitored through appointments and ultra sound. The surgery went amazing and I had a quick recovery, and my scar you can barely see already after 2 months. I feel grateful that I had Simon as my surgeon he is incredibly professional and great at what he does!

I cannot thank Simon smith enough! I lacked in confidence due to poor care else where. Being taken on as an NHS patient by Simon was a god send he was amazing straight from the get go! Kept me in the loop, updated and everything moved swiftly. The staff were lovely and very accommodating! Everything from the op to the after care was brilliant! After having my parathyroid taken out my life has really got back on track my symptoms have nearly completely gone and I’m only 7 weeks post op! I can live how a 34 year old should live and feel I can now get back to living and doing all the things I want to do with out being in constant pain, head fog, fatigue, depressed and all the other annoying things that came with it!! Most of all I can look after my children with out feeling guilty not being able to do certain things with them!
