I saw Mr Smith initially at Springfield and then had surgery at Baddow Hospital. The process of booking was very smooth and I was listened to and supported from the first consultation. The surgery went without complication and Recovery time was very quick. I would definitely recommend this surgeon

I went to see Simon after high recommendation from a friend. I previously had been to the Oaks hospital to see a breast surgeon and came out not feeling happy and was told by the breast surgeon at the Oaks that I needed to be a lot bigger than I wanted and was really really pushy! For several weeks after the doctors pa continually texted me called me and keep begging for me to book surgery! I told this friend of mine and she said go see Simon he is fantastic. So booked an appointment to see Simon and as soon as I met Simon he was just so lovely . Simon asked ME what I wanted and explained what size would be good for my height ( I did NOT want to be a barbie!) he said that it would be my decision. He then explained the surgery the risks etc, he gave me all the information I needed and told me to book another appointment in a couple of weeks and to go home and really think about it before making a decision, and that I was under NO pressure to have surgery done with him. Simon told me at any point I wanted to call him and ask more questions I could which is so much more than I recieved from the Oaks. So went home and two weeks later was back to see Simon and booked my surgery! Even on the day of my operation Simon came in and spoke to me to make sure I was happy with everything. The care and after care I received from Simon was MUCH more than I ever expected. Not even 24 hours post op I called Simon late at night as I needed to ask something and he was more than happy to help me even though he was not at work! For years I felt really down about my breasts after having 3 gorgeous children Simon gave me my confidence back and for that I will always be grateful. If anyone ever asked for a recommendation for a breast surgeon I would highly recommend Simon. Simon you ARE brilliant at what you do! Thankyou so so much.

Simon did a breast enhancement surgery for me, when I first saw Simon I had been to another clinic for a consultation for this treatment they had made me feel worse about the appearance of my breast Simon how ever put me at easy told me all the possible side effects of this surgery, and actually made me feel if I didn’t have the surgery there was nothing wrong with what I had, I went ahead with the surgery as it was something I’d considered for years and after having my self confidence lowered by the previous company, he wouldn’t book me in on our first appointment and said to give it while so I had time to think about all the information he had given me before going back to see him, so I waited a month then had my second consultation and booked in, I feel Simon was very professional on both consultations , we had disgusted what I wanted my breast to look like and decided on implants size which after putting them in he made smaller as I didn’t want a over hang to the side off body I’m very thankful he did this , I have ended up with the prefect breast for my body and Couldn’t recommend him enough

I saw Mr Smith privately for breast augmentation two years ago and literally cannot fault any of the care that I received. I had a couple of appointments prior to booking in for the procedure as Mr Smith wanted to make sure I was totally happy and he managed all of my expectations so I knew exactly what to expect. Throughout all of my treatment and consultations I felt very relaxed. Having had a few bad experiences with general a aesthetics in the past I was very anxious and both Mr Smith and Dr Jones made me feel very at ease. I had heard some horror stories of pain and discomfort post operatively however I can honestly say that I was as close as pain free as I could have ever imagined and made a very quick recovery. The final outcome of my surgery was simply amazing and the results speak for themselves when so many people have commented on what a natural looking result I have. I have since recommended about 5 friends who have all gone on to have surgery with Mr Smith and have all been just as happy with their care and results. I can’t recommend Mr Smith highly enough. You will not be disappointed.

I have been under the care of Mr. Smith since June 2013 and still am at present. I have already reviewed in 2015 but would like to update my review especially after the previous person's comments. One thing Mr. Smith does IS listen to you and always wants your input and thoughts. In the last few weeks I had a scare as my lymph nodes were enlarged. He thoroughly investigated with a core biopsy and very quick results. He is the most kind, caring, patient and easy going surgeon I have met. He is always available to answer any questions no matter how small or trivial. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to any member of my family, friends or anyone looking for an excellent surgeon who truly cares.
