Having spent a month trying to get something done for my 82 year old mother who was in terrible pain constantly, we took her to A&E at Redhill hospital last week and thanks to friendly helpful staff including a lovely registrar and consultant Mr Simon Monkhouse, we left having had a CT scan, blood tests and results all explained clearly to us. So although she will have to wait a while for an op, we at least aren’t assuming the worst and can get on with life now we know exactly what we are dealing with and knowing she is in the best hands possible. Many many thanks to all involved.
