I have seen Mr Mackie twice now and I would say he is a real credit to the NHS. I found him to be patient, understanding and polite and he took the time to listen to my concerns. He took time during the procedure to keep me informed of what was happening and put my mind at ease. The environment was very relaxed. I believe I made a great choice under the choose and book outpatient system... Thank you so much.
