Mr Kreckler did a really excellent job of treating me. He was meticulous about taking my history, about asking for my perspectives and hopes for the treatment, and in explaining what was and was not possible, as well as the risks involved. Not all vascular surgeons require a follow-up appointment for the treatment I had; he routinely asks to see patients again, and have them rescanned to check that the treatment has worked properly. He clearly did an excellent job as the post-treatment scan showed that the vein treatment worked extremely well. I cannot suggest anything he could do to improve the quality of care. However I would suggest that iwgc changes his specialism to vascular surgery
