I went to Dr knight for breast enlargement as I had breast hyperplasia so practically no breasts at all just a small bit of fatty tissue behind the nipple they hadn't developed at all and I was 22 at the time he didn't judge he listened and was so caring he explained to me the best procedure to use and why he was using this procedure and then adviced me on the best size implant for the results I wanted which was a nice average size c cup for my frame ideally to sit naturally in a teardrop shap and everything he said was correct and even now eight years later i have my ideal c cup teardrop shape breast and i couldnt be more happier this surgeon disnt only change my appearance for the better but changed my confidence and happiness he is truly amazing

I had a breast enlargement with Dr. Simon Knight. He was very professional but he did not listen to the result I wanted or speak to me about the different variations of implants. My breast are very far apart and I noticed this straight away and called up to be told this was normal and they would move closer eventually. Nearly 2 years later, I am very uncomfortable with my breast, I don’t feel confident to wear a bikini as when I lay down they are half under my arm pit. It’s a lot of money and I would have expected to get the results I was hoping for. I should have had high profile implants but this was not offered to me. I went back to him very upset for him to tell me it’s normal and to just buy a push up bra. I wouldn’t recommend him, do you research ask to see pictures of there results from the surgeon. I would advise going to someone who specialises in breast augmentation.

As a celebrity I had heard and seen so many horror stories before I found Mr knight. To say I was cautious would be an understatement. He has completely taken away 20 years and I still look like me !!! Not surprised or like I’m in a wind tunnel, just younger. He has performed a few operations on me now and they are all amazing. In particular I have been told by other surgeons and that my eye job, upper and lower is one of the best they have seen. I have since recommended him to other TV personalities and they too look great. My advice is know what you want, be realistic, then phone for an appointment with THE BEST Mr Simon Knight

Mr Knight performed corrective eye surgery on me 3 years ago and I am absolutely delighted with the result. Mr knight's attention to detail and information provided was clear to understand and complete. I chose Mr Knight as he performed surgery to my daughters hand when she had a crush injury to her left ring finger when she was 6 years old, and the result was amazing. Her finger has no shape deformity and her nail shows no evidence of damage contrary to the advice we were given before being referred to Mr Knight.

I came to see Mr Knight because a number of my friends had surgery with him and are delighted with their results. It is the best thing I have ever done and I am so happy that I made the decision. Mr Knight is truly amazing. Not only is he a brilliant surgeon but his manner is second to none. He is a true professional and yet so easy to talk to. As for my results- wow- I can't stop looking in the mirror and admiring my new boobs. I would thoroughly recommend this man- he is a legend for a reason.
