Mr Ellis have all answers in precise detail, explained all the relevant surgery options and which one he recommends. Everything was very clear and easy to understand. Makes you feel at ease. On surgery day he made everything clear what was going on and fine scales we’re accurate. The surgery went well and physios extremely happy with the results and so am I.
A very good surgeon and would highly recommend to anyone who has knee problems I had an ACL reconstruction.

I first met Simon Ellis many years ago when I underwent a very successful arthroscopy.
Since then I have been referred three times to monitor the arthritis in my right knee. The first time we decided to do nothing, the second to try an injection, and this week to go ahead with a knee replacement. My knee has deteriorated considerably during the pandemic!
Simon is just what a consultant should be; kind, patient, gives clear explanations and choices and answers any questions you wish to ask. I feel very confident to be in his care.

I feel Dr Ellis listened to the issues and concerns raised with my knee and has clearly put in place a plan to help relieve the pain and ongoing treatment. I found him very knowledgeable and caring about me as an individual and gave me confidence that this will be dealt with.

Mr Simon Ellis is one of the South East's leading knee surgeons. He has over 25 years’ experience as a consultant based in Kent. Simon has a very simple but important mission statement "I give the same quality of care to my patients as I would want my family and friends to receive". Simon prides himself on communication.
