From my first meeting with Mr. Shankar he gave me lots of information regarding knee replacement and he made me fell comfortable. Subsequently he performed my full knee replacement in Jan 24 and visited me before the operation on the ward and in the theatre before the op, he and his team made me feel I was in good hands. Everyone was so professional and understanding. After the op he also visited me on the ward and again after two days when I was discharged. He was most helpful and informative. A thoroughly nice man. I cannot recommend Mr. Shankar enough.

I had the privilege of having total knee replacement surgery by Mr Shankar. I felt confident in his explanation of the operation & when he done the operation under local anesthetic I was back in my room by 8.00 pm & home before 4.00 pm the next day. I have felt so much better now my knee has been replaced & plan to keep exercising, as Mr Shankar has done his bit & now it is up to me to keep it in good working order.

From the moment I first met him, Dr Shankir made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. He explained very clearly what he was to do, asked me if I had any concerns, and he maintained this approach through to the finish of my treatment and follow up. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.
