I was so nervous about my surgery and he kept me well informed the whole time. I researched many surgeons and Mr Awad stood out from them all and I was so glad I decided to go through this journey with him and the team at Tonic. Mr Awad was understanding and informative. He and his team were very thorough and made me feel my care and recovery was paramount. The pre-op care I received was second to non and gave me confidence to move forward with my weight loss surgery. The post-op care again was second to non. Regular calls and access to support was so reassuring. I would, without hesitation, recommend Mr Awad and the weight loss team at TONIC. It has transformed my life already, only 4 months post op.

From my first phone call with Mr Sherif I knew he was the one that I wanted to do my op, his manner and his excellent way of explaining all about the whole experience of the operation and aftercare was easy to understand, he put my mind at ease and I never felt any pressure to go ahead with it if I hadn’t wanted to. Meeting Mr Sherif confirmed how he was very professional and dedicated to his work and his patients, he made an effort to make sure that I understood everything about the procedure and aftercare. I am pleased to say my procedure went perfectly fine and I had the best of care from the whole Tonic team, I have and still am losing weight and I feel amazing, I have not experienced any problems at all. The aftercare from the staff was excellent, Mr Sherif came to see me after the operation and explained all that he had done and explained everything had gone smoothly, he also showed me images of inside my stomach of the procedure he had done which I was fascinated. I can’t thank Mr Sherif and his team enough for the care, attention and support they have given me.
