I've just had laser lens replacements at the Centre for Sight, performed by Mr Daya.
The first eye was operated on Monday, and the second eye on Wednesday. Today is Friday, and I can read the bottom line of the eye chart, the tiny print on a medicine bottles, and car number plates and road signs!
I have a regime of eye drops to follow for the next few weeks, and a follow-up visit to the Centre for checks in 6 weeks.
The care and attention I received at the Centre has been extremely good. Receptionists, ophthalmologists, nursing and theatre staff, and anaesthetists worked as a great team to make me feel valued and safe in their care. Mr Daya's reputation preceeds him, and I found him charming, honest, skilful and competent.
The experience has been life changing, and I look forward to the rest of life with better sight!
