During the summer of 2021I was a patient in Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, after seve4al weeks building me up with TPN I underwent a challenging surgery after having over 50 years of problems with Crohns. Mr Nanthakumaran and Mr Parnaby operated and I made a superb recovery, 8 months later I am back to enjoying my life with no further problems at the moment. Both surgeons were very understanding and really made me feel confident all would be ok. Hoping I will not need their expertise again but would confidently be happy if I did.

Mr Nanthakumaran performed surgery on me in March. I doubt he knows just how life changing this has been. I could never put my gratitude into words. It was quite routine surgery but not straight forward. Despite this Mr Nanthakumaran managed to fix everything and now I believe for the first time ever in my memory my stomach works as I imagine a 'normal' stomach should.
