Sight - our window on the world - means so much to all of us, and when you find someone who cares so deeply about his life's work, it is no surprise that there is page after page of 5 star reviews. For me, after 10 years of various issues, getting by on mono vision, a membrane peel and subsequently two cataract surgeries later, it is hard to describe my elation at not just having new found eyesight but gaining better than 20/20 vision! What sets Mr Nabili apart (his surgical skill and knowledge are unquestionable) is the care, patience and selfless humanity with which he approaches his work and his patients. I am immensely grateful to know that he chose to live and work in Lancaster and, rather selfishly, I hope that he wont be moving anytime soon!

My wife went for her second cateract operation today and saw Dr. Nabili, who explained in detail the procedure. The whole experience was reassuring, the nursing staff being very kind and professional and Dr. Nabili telling my wife,if she had any problems to get back in touch with him immediately. I cannot emphasise enough the care and treatment my wife has received over the two operations from Dr.Nabili,he is a great asset to the NHS

Mr Nabili is just simply fantastic, so helpful and a wonderful listener, besides being kind and showing great empathy with his patients. I had complete confidence in Mr Nabili, and was so grateful to be under his care. Regarding last week's cataract operation, it turned out splendidly, and, as i laid there on the couch in the theatre, I just knew that i was in good hands, and that everything was going to turn out right.

I met Mr Nabili after recovering from a nasty eye ulcer. He was able to spot where the infection was coming from that caused the ulcer which had been missed by all the 4 previous eye doctors I saw. A really nice man to talk too and he's currently helping me to get a new treatment for my eye's. I hope to remain under his care for a long as it is possible.

I was giving wonderful care and attention by Dr Nabili, he explained everything in full. He listened to my concerns and made me feel very reassured and comfortable.

I recently had a cataract operation,on the morning of the procedure I saw Mr.Shadrohk Nabili who had picked up from my medical record I’d had shingles in one of my eyes.He explained about the possibility of the shingles recurring and after the operation he set me a course of antibiotics as a precaution. He saw me two weeks later for a check up and was pleased with the result and told me to finish the course of antibiotics. I was very pleased with the outcome and now have no worries about having the other eye done.

It is five weeks today since I had a cataract operation performed on my left eye by Mr Nabili and I simply can’t believe the difference it has made to my eyesight — it is simply miraculous! Back in June this year (2023), I was struggling to comply with the DVLA Regs. re. Registration Plate recognition, owing to cataracts affecting both of my eyes. However, on the 19th of June, Mr Nabili performed the first cataract op. on my right eye and the improvement was just amazing — on my return home, I removed the eye patch and was thrilled to discover that I could use my laptop without the aid of the spectacles which I have been forced to rely on for 87 years — yes, eighty-seven years! Incidentally, my reason for delaying the second op. was that Mr Nabili was on vacation and by then I had developed so much faith in Mr Nabili’s skills that I was not prepared to go elsewhere. I been suffering with my eye fo nearly 3 years , i had checks from five or six doctors none of them seems to resolve it ! Used aA and E few times. When i had an appointment with dr nabili i felt really confortable and didn’t take long he knew exactly what wrong with my he really did explain the pain and the problems i fallow his advise and thank to him i had to have an operation he did and now im in better place can finally enjoy my life with my children. I’ve had damage to the Cornia of my eye and Dr Nabili referred me for a lense for my eye and my vision is more than 6x stronger than it was . Absolutely amazing and he is really friendly
