Mr Ramcharan was incredibly professional and friendly from the moment I walked into the procedure room. He kept me totally at ease whilst preparing for the procedure and then kept me fully informed throughout. Although he talked through all aspects of the procedure as it was taking place, he was willing to answer any questions in a friendly and easy to understand manner.
Although not a pleasant procedure, I would like to thank him and his team for making it incredibly bearable.
