Following several sporting injuries I sustained which resulted in quite a severe deviation to the bridge of my nose and being unable to breath through my left nostril I was referred to Mr Carrie. The corrective surgery that Mr Carrie recommended was a rhinoplasty operation. Although very professional I found Mr Carries advice was in plain english and in hindsight very accurate with regard to the operation itself and the grim recovery week that would follow. He explained that there were no "half measures" with the operation and that he may need to take cartilage from my ear to rebuild my nose with. On the day of the operation I spoke to Mr Carrie in the morning and following a nervous wait he performed the surgery in the afternoon. Although I cannot remember due to the anaesthetic/painkillers seeing him again that day I was informed that he did check on me. After one painful, uncomfortable week recovering Mr Carrie removed the stitches and plaster cast from my nose, once again I found his treatment and care as professional and efficient as my consultations had been and again his advice was very accurate. The following week Mr Carrie removed the splints from my nose with exactly the same methods of care. I am extremely pleased with the overall results from my operation, my breathing has definitely improved and the cosmetic appearance is better than I ever thought it could be. It is evident that Mr Carrie is a talented, thorough and very profession surgeon with vast experience, I would not hesitate in recommending his treatment.
