I recently had a skin tag removed from my nose by Mr Sanjaya Wijeyekoon MA.MB.MSc.FRCS. Right from first contact, communication was fantastic and the level of service I received surpassed any expectations I had. The minor operation was painless and I am delighted with the result. I would be happy to highly recommend Mr Wijeyekoon and (hopefully I won't have to but...) would certainly use him again in the future.

I was very impressed with the whole package. My initial consultation with Sanjay Wijeyekoon was conducted in a friendly manner and, although I was given the option to choose an alternative, all my concerns about reported problems with the use of mesh in abdominal surgery were allayed by his confident explanation of the procedure and materials that he proposed using. I had two follow-up visits from Sanjay during a recovery that included an overnight stay in the clinic and the package includes a post-surgery consultation six weeks after the operation that is still to come. As for the stay in Bournemouth Private Clinic, I couldn’t have wished for better care. This was nursing as it was intended, where patients were treated with dignity and friendliness from start to finish. It seems a surprise to be describing a stay in hospital as an enjoyable experience but that was just how I found it. I thoroughly recommend both Sanjay Wijeyekoon and Bournemouth Private Clinic.

When I met Mr Wijeyekoon for a consultation, I was soon at ease. He gave me very full treatment options, and listened respectfully to my questions. His manner is encouraging, attentive, and very professional, and I approached my visit to the operating theatre with confidence. The surgery proceeded as planned, and he maintained his active and thorough concern during my recovery - which included a couple of unexpected secondary matters. Overall, I felt that I was more than just another routine case for him. I thank him for his excellent care and treatment, and I would recommend Mr Wijeyekoon to my family and friends without reservation.

I had wanted a mole on my face removed for some time, but was quite anxious about the whole process and kept putting it off. I finally decided to explore my options, with Mr Sanjaya Wijeyekoon at the Bournemouth Private Clinic, and I cannot speak highly enough of the service and care that I received for the entirety of the process. Mr Wijeyekoon immediately made me feel at ease. The options for my treatment and any risks were explained to me with clarity and in detail. I was able to ask numerous questions without being made to feel stupid. I waited under a week for my consultation and under two weeks for the medical procedure itself. The operation wasn't painful and was far less uncomfortable than I had anticipated. I was anxious beforehand, but I felt like every effort was made to alleviate this and make me feel as relaxed as possible. The aftercare I received was also of the highest quality. Most importantly, the results are excellent; I have been left with a small scar which I'm told will continue to fade over time. I would highly recommend Mr Sanjaya Wijeyekoon to anybody who is interested in having mole removal.
