Mr Verma took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything to me throughout the consultation and the procedure. Very friendly and caring nature with an excellent ‘bedside manner’. Very reassuring of my concerns and involved me in agreeing my management plan. Very clear communication and follow-up advice. Overall an excellent consultation experience.
