I couldn't recommend Mr Verma enough, a lovely and reassuring guy who listened throughout and explained everything clearly and concisely as we went through the process of consultations and surgery, and put me completely at ease. Felt in extremely safe hands and pleased with results, would insist on using him again if I was to require any further ENT care
