After receiving some poor guidance from my insurer and being treated by another consultant who was not able to progress my treatment, I was recommended to see Mr Trikha and I have not looked back. He was quick to recognise the procedures I required, took me into surgery at the first available time, and has been very supportive throughout. My physiotherapists are surprised at how quickly I am recovering from a second ACL reconstruction and my scars are neat and healing very well! Only three months on and I have a near full range of motion and pain free life.

Had an ACL rupture. Instantly identified and recommended an MRI and Physio. Efficient and accurate, recovered quickly. No surgery required.

I had my right knee replacement surgery on the 8th January, have just had what looks to be my last consultation with Paul. The surgery has been a great success stopped all day pain meds by week 3 still take 1 at night but will stop that this week I think. I had complete faith and trust in the surgery being a success as I had my left knee replaced July last year and that too went great. So if anyone is unsure or worried [normal]...please be assured that you are in very safe hands with Mr Trikha.

I had a knee injury some years ago and for the last few years I have been limping. An x-ray on the right knee showed bone-on-bone. I needed confidence to go ahead with replacement surgery. After a thorough search, I was extremely pleased when I found Mr Trikha, whose specialty is the knee. He immediately put me at ease, and recommended a full knee replacement. He addressed my underlying fear of a general anaesthetic by making an appointment for me to talk to his anaesthetist. She too very much put me at ease, and recommended a spinal anaesthetic with some sedation. Mr Trikha also arranged for me to see a physiotherapist who recommended a preparatory set of exercises that would speed recovery. I went ahead with the surgery. To prove how secure the new knee was, the day after surgery Mr Trikha got me to walk from my bed to the corridor and back without any support. I have made a very good recovery and done the exercises recommended by the physiotherapist. After six weeks I could jog down the corridor and kneel. At eighty years of age I am delighted.

I initially saw Mr Trikha at St Peter's Hospital, Chertsey. I was in a huge amount of pain and I could hardly walk after I sustained an injury at work. After the consultation and x-rays I had an MRI scan which showed that the meniscus had been torn away from its posterior attachment. I also had "wear and tear" osteoarthritis. I had an injection in the knee and undertook some physiotherapy but Mr Trikha could see that I was in a substantial amount of pain and that I was struggling to carry on with basic daily functions. He very quickly recommended me for key hole surgery to repair the ligament and stabilise my knee, which was done at Ashford Hospital in the day surgery. It was amazing, I was walking the next day without crutches. I had a 6 week recovery at home with physiotherapy and I am now back at work and fully functioning. Mr Trikha literally saved me, I had no options and he made everything happen for me very quickly. He was always honest with me even when I was crying (alot) He showed me great care and compassion and he kept his promise to have me dancing by Christmas. He's a real life Super Hero as far as I'm concerned and he is amazing. I can't thank him enough.
