While playing in a rugby match I was tackled and couldn't bend my leg at all. After the MRI I received the results that I tore my lateral meniscus in my left knee. Dr. Trikkha had the surgery done very quickly prior to my injury and was very supportive and gave me great advice for my recovery.

Mr. Trikha performed reconstructive surgery on my son's knee following a pretty nasty ACL break and meniscus tear. He was supportive, professional and innovative in his surgical approach. Having had many ortho surgeries myself, I can say that Mr. Trikha is right up there with the best of the best in all facets of his profession. He is a highly gifted surgeon and a thoroughly nice guy. Thank you for looking after my son like he was your own! These were his supportive words on the day of the procedure. Mr. Trikha is a class act.

Mr. Trikha carried out reconstructive knee surgery for me after I snapped my ACL and tore my meniscus playing football. I am 14 and this was my first experience of any type of surgery. Thanks to Mr. Trikha's considerate manner and great sense of humour, he has turned the nightmare of not being able to play sport for a year, in to a positive experience. I call him 'The Legend' and he deserves it!! I am doing things, 3 months post surgery, that are only possible due to his considerable skill and magic powers as the best knee surgeon you could ever wish for. He treats me with such compassion and even tells the odd joke. Suffice to say he should stay in the surgical lane. Thank you for saving my knee Mr. Trikha AKA 'The Legend' to his patients. Best wishes, George

Mr Paul Trikha operated on my right knee, total replacement, on the 21st May 2019 at the Nuffield Hospital Woking. I am now almost three weeks post op and saw Paul on Friday when he was thrilled, as was I, with my recovery and estimated that I was walking as though six weeks post op. Paul is charming, takes the time to explain the procedures and gives you a full understanding of the pros and cons of major surgery. Having had a meniscus tear two years earlier and never fully recovered, I opted for a full replacement knee as my mobility and quality of life was seriously impaired. On Friday the smiles on all our faces reflected the success of this operation and personally I don't know who was more pleased my Surgeon, my youngest daughter or myself!! However, to any other patient contemplating a total knee replacement under Mr Trikha, may I please emphasise that you have to put in the work in order to achieve the success. As superb as the work that Mr Trikha does, you will not achieve his highest success rate if, as the patient, you don't do exactly as he and his team advise. Push through the barriers that you encounter and take all the advice and reassurances that are given. Paul will pre and post op give you all his time and attention, will answer any questions and reassure you as much as is humanly possible. However, on operation day, don't be put off by his "serious face" - he's in the zone of operating and personally I would rather that than someone jocular prior to commencing major surgery!!! Your knee and your life are in his hands. I would more than recommend this wonderful Surgeon to anyone suffering severe knee pain whose quality of life is limited and who would like to once again enjoy life to the full. Thank you Paul for your kindness, professionalism, care and reassurance.
