I ruptured my MCL after a nasty fall a few months ago and had knee ligament reconstructive surgery at The Schoen Clinic, London . I can’t recommend Mr Trikha and his team highly enough. The surgery was very successful with no complications and I am delighted with the movement and condition of my knee with minimal scaring post surgery. I would highly recommend Mr Trikha and thank him for his outstanding professionalism and support .

I am delighted with the outcome of my knee surgery done by Mr Trikha-a meniscal root repair done in July 2021. Three months later I am pain free and can swim/cycle/walk several miles as well as squat. I am an active 63 year old and am glad I decided to go ahead with this operation. The care I have had has been great and I would recommend Mr Trikha.

After waiting for my diagnosis from an injury two months prior, Mr Paul Trikha effectively explained my ACL tear and booked me into surgery two weeks later. I was 16 years old, terrified that I would not be able to dance again and of the summer that was ahead of me. The surgery was a big success and I have small, neat scars. The combined effort of Mr Trikha and my physio, I was able to return to my bike just two weeks after surgery and walk around unaided. The difference this made to me was remarkable. 8 weeks post-op, I returned to 6th Form and I was able to keep up with my classmates (e.g with stairs and walking around the site). Mr Trikha continues to be encouraging and informative, and I recommend him as well as the team at New Victoria Hospital and my physio at West Byfleet Physiotherapist Clinic.

I went for a consultation with Paul Trikha after two unsuccesful surgeries in 7 years on my right knee. He quickly diagnosed my completely ruptured ACL, and set about making a plan to get me back to playing sports. I was quickly booked into surgery for an ACL reconstruction, which was a success. I was climbing stairs later that day and bearing weight on it. He explained everything very clearly and recommended a great Physio to me. I have progressed well after surgery and he has discharged me. I have minimal scars which are barely visible. My knee feels the strongest it's been since my first ACL injury and I can't thank him enough.

When I ruptured my ACL (just one day before the kids went back to school after a long and painful winter lockdown) I was thrown into despair. That was the rest of the year written off - no getting out on my bike, no getting back into the gym... no escaping the house! Having suffered a complex meniscus tear in the same knee for some years, and realising how much worse this was, I knew how debilitating it would be. But clearly I didn't know what magic Mr Trikha could do. A phone conversation, the necessary scans and a consult and I had my surgery booked in within three weeks of the accident. I was given options for the non-surgical route too, but came to the conclusion that surgery was the best path for me. The surgery went beautifully, with no complications. Mr Trikha was available to answer any and all of my questions and I felt like I was in extremely competent hands. Within a few hours of surgery I was already climbing a set of stairs! I had seen some ACL scars and was concerned about how they might look, but mine are miniscule. The pain was awful - I had been warned it would be, but a week after surgery I was able to stop the heavy meds and drop down to just routine paracetamol. I worked hard at my rehab with a physio Mr Trikha recommended, iced religiously and I was determined - and just ONE month later, I was back on my bike! I couldn't believe it! For very flat, slow and short rides, but back on my bike! I cannot tell you how good that made me feel. Long story short - my knee, the rest of my year, and my sanity was saved by Mr Trikha! I was back to big bike rides, big work outs at the gym, went camping, even hit a couple of tennis balls about with the kids (hoping to work up to even more in the new year). I have tiny scars no one would see, only have a little swelling occasionally when I overdo it, but no pain whatsoever and actually, my knee hasn't felt this good in years. I heartily recommend Mr Trikha for whatever surgery you have planned.
