I’m 56 with a long history of knee pain (badly worn cartilage, floating debris and both inner and outer meniscus tares).
I was apprehensive prior to my appointment with Mr Trikha as I really didn’t want to rush into a knee replacement. My fears were short lived, rather than jumping straight to a surgical solution, Mr Trikha suggested a steroid injection and a course of physio. This holistic approach was very refreshing, the following day I was completely pain free. 4 weeks on, no pain and I also have a long-term plan regarding my strength and fitness, I feel amazing and delighted.
It’s was so refreshing to find private health care that isn’t about abusing your medical health care. The treatment I received from Mr Trikha was first class. I would defiantly recommend Mr Trikha to anyone that is suffering with their knees.
