After suffering from a severe index patellar dislocation on my right knee, this was a very traumatic experience and time for me due to the nature of injury. Under the care of the NHS Hospital at Chertsey I had spent weeks on strong pain relief and crutches, in all a lengthy time recovering from significant swelling and bony bruising. This was an extremely difficult time for me to see how I was going to recover fully and the anxiety of having to undergo major surgery. My parents were very concerned with the nature of my injury and how this would affect my mobility at a young age. We had decided to carryout research on recommended specialists for a second opinion with our local GP and on the Internet, and Mr Paul Trikha was highly recommended.
