I had LASIK three months ago. My prescription was -3.5 and -2.75. I was meant to be corrected to 0 and -0.5 (for reading) but I was undercorrected and left with -0.75 and -1.00, meaning I still need glasses. Very frustrating after spending so much money on this.
I have found the whole process very upsetting and was repeatedly told my eyesight would improve as I healed but it’s been the same as it was on day 1. Mr Mantry also laughed at me when I said I felt my eyesight was only corrected 75%.
I was offered a further operation for LASEK on one eye, but I do not trust them to get it right at such a small margin if they couldn’t get it right the first time. Or risking further damage and healing to my eye.
