I have a specific interest in unicompartmental replacements, complex total & revision arthroplasty and sports injuries. I am an experienced traumatologist in particular surgery of multiple injuries, surgery of complex lower limb peri-articular and long bone fractures. Key aims: to keep patients as informed as possible of their condition, and to restore function, relieve symptoms and avoid problems by way of mutual consent and evidence and experience based practice. Research topics published in peer-reviewed journals or textbooks or presented at national meetings: Knee arthritis natural history and treatments, in particular TKR, UKR, ACL surgery, risk classification for TKR.
