Mr Samer Zino

Mr Zino, was informative and such a professional in hard times during COVID. He wanted to get to the route cause of the problem. I was rushed in with a ruptured appendix, apparently it was extremely serious, he rushed me into theatre, he saved my life. He put me at ease throughout and after my surgery he was there. He also identified a possible problem and now I can keep an eye on it with reviews that Mr Zino has put in place. If I ever needed treating in hospital again I would hope he would be there. Professional, knowledge, puts you at ease, explains everything, skillful and hopes to get rid of the problem not just the cover it up. I had a follow-up with Mr Zino and he remembers ever patient, its in his blood its his calling. I cannot thank him enough.
