I was kept waiting for my appointment. When he finally arrived he did not explain or apologise for the delay. He was unpleasant and aloof, as if my views and my experience counted for nothing. He then said he was unable to provide me with a service because I had “complained “. He then proceeded to take my name off the waiting list for both the private hospital and the NHS.
