What a fantastic job Mr El Kawy did with the surgery to reconstruct my heel bone.
I was so lucky to have his specialist skills available to repair such a bad injury.
All through this ordeal all the staff at the hospital have been excellent. People complain about the NHS, but I can tell you I could not have received better treatment, and in a more caring and compassionate way. How fortunate we are to have the NHS, and its dedicated hard working people.
