Mr Salvi is an excellent surgeon and I have full confidence in him. As he is a very busy man he was a little late seeing me when I had the pre assessment therefore it was a little rushed however that is the only criticism I have and my experience in theatre was extremely relaxing largely due to Mr Salvi and his team.

Dr Salvi is courteous and patient. He did a brilliant job on my cataracts. Everything went smoothly. I never believed that my eyes could improve so much. I heartily recommend Dr Salvi and the Thornbury staff for your eye surgery.

I found Mr Sachin Salvi to be a very friendly, professional and an attentive doctor. As a result of an eye Entropian (right eye), my lower lid had turned inwards causing my eyelashes to rub against the surface of my eye - this was quite painful and very irritating and resulted in my eye constantly weeping (as did my nose!). These were at their worst when I was outdoors. Mr Salvi preformed corrective surgery which, whilst a little uncomfortable during the actual short procedure, gave immediate relief to the actual running eye. The swelling and bruising disappeared within 2 weeks, after which I felt ‘normal’ again and capable of enjoying the outdoors. I would have no hesitation in recommending this corrective procedure and Mr Salvi to anyone who is experiencing similar problems

Mr Salvi performed a bilateral ptosis repair (lifted drooping eyelids). At the assessment appointment he was very clear about what the operation would involve, its benefits and possible downsides. He also was able to accurately tell me what the procedure would cost. There were no hidden charges. I am very satisfied with the outcome which has greatly improved my eyesight.

Mr Salvi performed an upper and lower blepharoplasty last year. I was totally delighted with his care from start to finish with plenty of follow ups. Would strongly recommend him.
