I saw Mr Ross McLean as I had some Questions and queries that I wanted to be addressed and answered if possible. Throughout the whole appointment Mr McLean made me feel completely at ease and took the time to make sure that all my questions were answered and queries were addressed. Mr McLean explained what I needed to know in such a great way and I came out of my appointment feeling completely relaxed and so reassured and everything answered. The care in my opinion was second to none and I would like to say a massive thank you. Your time and excellent care is much appreciated.

Dr McLean acted with care, professionally and with empathy. At all times he tried to put me at my ease and listened to me without rushing me through the examination when I was understandably nervous. He gave reassurance and made it clear that any worries I might have in the future I should not hesitate to contact him ie I wasn't wasting his time. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.
