After years of hip pain, I finally went to hospital to have it checked out. I had never stayed in a hospital before, so was a little anxious about it. I have to say, from the initial consultation with Mr Jain, everything was explained to me, this reassured me and I knew I was in good hands. I had the total hip replacement and was back home the following day. Six weeks on, I have no hip pain and progressing well. In my follow up appointment, Mr Jain was a caring as ever. I highly recommend Mr Jain.

From the initial consultation to the final discharge appointment Mr Jain went to great lengths to explain the prognosis, identify and explain the surgery, and handle the post operative care in an easy to understand and helpful manner. He was supportive and helped to reassure me that my surgery would be successful with a relaxed aand informative approach.

From the very first consultation with Mr Jain regarding the issue with my knees, I felt at total ease as everything was explained in a clear and concise manner. His first diagnosis was confirmed following x-rays and scans and was discussed between us the different types of treatment available to me. At no point was I rushed into making a decision of how I wished to proceed. I agreed to having a total replacement of both knees which can be a daunting prospect to some but I was happy to proceed. My left knee was replaced on the 13th January with the treatment and care I received by all the staff and nurses nothing short of first class. Before the procedure was carried out, I was visited by Mr Jain, the anaesthetist and other medical staff who were going to be involved and each explained clearly what was going to happen and to make sure I was happy with everything. The procedure went to plan and the care I received post op was exceptional. Six weeks after the op I have had a follow up with Mr Jain and he is very pleased with my progress so the right knee is now being done in early March. To summarise, this is quite a brutal procedure but with the treatment and care I have received from all has made things a lot better than I can ever have imagined...Do not hesitate to use Mr Jain...Total Professional

I had total confidence in Mr Jain from my first consultation. He was able to diagnose my knee condition very quickly and helped me to choose the optimum course of action. This resulted in surgery which has proved a success. Follow up consultations monitored my recovery. I have been totally satisfied in all my dealing with Mr Jain.

I had been struggling with an issue with my leg since 2019, which proved difficult to diagnose having seen a number of consultants. I was referred to Mr Jain who really listened to my challenges, and came up with an initial view which was checked through MRI and X rays and proved to require a hip replacement, as Mr Jain had anticipated. A month and a half on from the procedure, while I am still building strength in my leg the procedure has led to a massive improvement in my quality of life and movement. As well as the fantastic clinical care, what makes Mr Jain a special consultant is his fantastic warm and caring manner. He takes the time to explain things clearly, to listen to your concerns and worries and to seek to address them. He's great with people, which I haven't always found senior medical people to be! Overall a fantastic experience, which I'd highly recommend to others.
