Following the very successful replacement of my left and right shoulders by Mr Gupta, I contacted him regarding the arthritis in my left thumb, which was getting increasingly painful. Mr Gupta successfully replaced the thumb Joint 4 months ago. I can now use the thumb with no pain and no restrictions on normal movement. Throughout the consultations, treatment and follow-up sessions Mr Gupta was extremely professional, curious, kept me well informed and discussed the options. I have nothing but total regard for Mr Gupta. Three very successful outcomes.

I had the following surgery with Mr Gupta: Right shoulder arthroscopy plus biceps assessment plus glenohumeral joint synovitis debridement plus subacromial decompression plus ACJ excision plus supraspinatus rotator cuff repair. Mr Gupta was very clear when explaining the procedure to me prior to my surgery and he was also reassuring of the likely outcome. Everything went well and my rehabilitation has been as expected. I've had physio for the last 4 months and I now feel ready to play tennis again and my shoulder feels fully repaired and back to normal. As this is my first experience of any operation it has been very positive and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mr Gupta. I honestly can't make any suggestions on anything that needs improving.

Having had both my shoulders operated on by Mr Gupta I have always had great confidence in him and he is very reassuring with his diagnosis and treatment. I would certainly recommend him to anyone who needs this type of operation. Michael Moore.
