Invariably, it is, a ‘gulp’ moment when you are told you need to see a medical, surgical consultant, and somehow that becomes a ‘double ‘gulp’ when the words Nero & Spine are associated with the consultant’s title. Mr. Laing & his team (both medical & secretarial) have been exemplary during my tourney from initial consultation, through surgery, and beyond. Mr. Laing presents as supremely confident in his diagnosis and recommendations, and this confidence proved not only to be completely justifiable but also, somehow, infectious, reassuringly so. After the initial consultation I came away feeling I had be listened to & understood, with any fears & concerns being fully addressed. Despite being the sort not to easily trust, one almost had the feeling I would be completely bonkers not to have faith in this man, & put my somewhat rickety spine under his care. Results indicate that the surgery went as planned (not absolutely sure as I was unconscious at the time) and I have recently had my follow up consultation with Mr. Laing during which he was as thorough, helpful & even charming as in previous dialogues. This web site is entitled iWantGreatCare. I can unequivocally say: Great Care is What i Got. I continue to have every confidence in Mr Laing, and would not hesitate to recommend him.
