I saw Mr Laing for sciatica resulting in low back pain and altered sensation in my feet. Thus was a private, virtual consultation. He listened well to the history of my problem; went through the MRI scan with me, allowed me plenty of time to ask questions, gave sensible easy to understand answers and I was not rushed for time. We have organised follow up. Very happy with this consultation and consultation. His private secretary Mrs Bannister was also excellent.
