My first consultation with Mr Laing was a virtual appointment, yet he took his time to talk and listen to me. He went through my symptoms, history and explained the scan results. I met him in person after a month or so and he was quite pleasant to ask any questions/ concerns about my upcoming procedure. He is very reassuring and empathetic. I have communicated with his private secretary Annie a few times and she has been excellent. She is very patient and caring.
