I saw Mr Clayton after having ankle issues for a few years. He was very helpful he listened and made a plan for surgery. The surgery went well and the ankle healed. I fond him to be a excellent surgeon. I was very impressed with another appointment I had around a year later when the ankle was injured again most people would want to do surgery on you but not Mr Clayton he did not want to do more and risk infection. This is a genuine surgeon and a fantastic honest one. I was so impressed when he put me first and was so genuinely nice about it. Only ever do surgery if it will benefit the person that what I say and to have found someone who hold values like this is great. He is a brilliant surgeon and a very nice polite and pleasant man.

I consulted Mr Clayton after a trauma to my ankle, playing golf. Mr Clayton was extremely understanding and I was very impressed from start to finish. In April 2019, I had a procedure called Syndysmosis reconstruction(using 2 small bolts and a tightrope mechanism) in my ankle involving an overnight stay with non weight bearing for only 2 weeks post surgery. After 6 weeks I was able to walk much better as well as hit a few golf shots again without pain! After physio I was completely able to walk, run and play a full round of golf Mr Clayton was contactable easily and quick responses received. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Clayton without hesitation. Previous to Mr Clayton I saw a very unhelpful surgeon who misdiagnosed my situation and thank goodness because I would never had met Mr Clayton and received the correct treatment for my condition.

Fab Dr really polite explains things very well. The clinic was busy as the afternoon clinic had other ones running at same time with other Drs. But even then this Surgeon took time to be calm and talk to you as a patient not as someone he could not wait to move on from. I was very impressed with this Surgeon.
