Mr Baines came across as very professional but also friendly . He explained the procedure to me clearly and asked if I had any questions . I saw him before and after on the day of surgery and both mornings whilst I was staying on the ward I am 6 days post op with little pain and already thrilled with the results .

I am so happy to have found a surgeon who gave me hope of playing my piano again and was prepared to take me on ! Previously I had been told ‘I could make you worse’ and ‘I wouldn’t have it done’. Mr Bains has a wonderful bedside manner and put me totally at my ease. He is caring and a great listener. Really I can’t praise him enough. I am 3 weeks post surgery and already I am playing simpler piano pieces ! I am delighted with the result of my surgery and would highly recommend Mr Bains. I am so grateful and thankful for the gift he has given me.

Felt comfortable the second I met Mr Bains. He really puts you at ease. Explains the procedure thoroughly and answers all questions effectively and reassuringly. I am so thrilled with my results.
