Mr Baines was very easy to talk to and completely understood why I asked for private treatment after being sent away by the NHS. The treatment I received was for removal of a large (golf ball size) lipoma on my elbow that was causing pain and embarrassment. Mr Baines talked me through the process and made sure I understood everything and was happy with the plan. Communication from Dr Baines secretary was great - swift and detailed. The result is fantastic, I couldn't have asked for more. A very neat scar - I'm very happy with the results! Thank you!

Very professional and empathetic

Mr Bains made me feel very comfortable and assured during my treatment. I felt completely at ease and safe in his hands from start to finish. He went above and beyond throughout the treatment from consultation to surgery. Was warned the scarring could be substantial but within a week of the surgery it is barely noticeable. As my first insurance claim on my healthcare it a times felt overwhelming but Mr Bains and his private secretary Jade made the whole process seamless. Cannot fault the care and service received.

Very helpful and professional. It was decided it would be better to perform a biopsy before proceeding further which was much appreciated.

Punctual appointments yet somehow also gives adequate time for a personal consultation and any questions. A good listener, provides guidance but doesn’t push a decision. Minimal scarring from my procedure. Thorough follow up.

He was friendly and reassuring whilst being clear about my procedure and the risks of likely scarring etc I was able to ask lots of questions and I didn’t feel rushed.
