I have been with the plastic surgery team since I was 3 months old and the care I have received has been excellent. I wouldn’t be where I am without everyone involved. Since meeting Mr Bains he has listened to me and my concerns and opinions and reassured me. He talks through procedures and care thoroughly to put me at ease. I’m grateful for everything he has done and continues to do for me.
