Mr Almeyda saw my 4 1/2 year old daughter within the Royal Berks ENT clinic. He was honestly one of the nicest doctors I've ever seen! He was reassuring, pitched information at the appropriate level, listened to my concerns as a parent without dismissing them, and seemed genuinely interested in my daughter's random questions and stories. He said how much he likes the children's clinic. I would feel very comfortable seeing him again. 11/10 would recommend.

Dr Almeyda was very helpful. He explained my condition and treatment options in a very clear manner. I appreciate when doctors show and explain X-ray, Scan, MRI images to us patients. He was very quick sending the visit report letter to me and to my GP. He did the same seeing him privately or on the NHS. The doctor showed interest in my condition and future findings and treatment with other specialists. His advice was very reassuring all the time. We had a short waiting time and the hospital environment was very good. I would recommend dr Almeyda.

When I first spoke with Dr Almeyda I was extremely low. I did not feel I had been listened to or that my concerns had been taken seriously by my GP. My quality of life was significantly impaired. Dr Almeyda changed all that, beginning with the first call. Thereafter, on meeting him at clinic, a plan was put in place and carried through to a successful outcome. He listened to my concerns and was diligent in progressing them. I am in a much better place now than I was before, thanks to his care and attention. There have been appointment issues, chiefly very many changes to times and dates. And on one occasion, the appointment had been cancelled and I had not been informed. The admin staff spoke to Dr Almeyda that day; changes were made and I was able to be seen by him after all. I remain grateful for that, especially having travelled a long way for the appointment.

I had a great experience with my consultation with Dr Almeyda, he came across as an easy listener, he explained things carefully and step by step, he was careful in his explorations and very open to plan the next steps with my opinion in mind. He explained the reasons behind the next steps and he summarised them at the end, which I think is a vero good idea. Further the letter came the next day , which makes all of the information very smooth.
