Mr Pollock provided me with the perfect balance of listening and informing. He put me at ease at a particularly stressful time. He is up front and personable and very professional. I have the upmost respect for him and feel lucky to have been treated by him. I recovered from surgery exactly as he described and he has done a very good job.

When I saw Mr Pollock he completely put me at ease from the moment I stepped into his consulting rooms. I had been getting to the end of my tether with my aches and pains around my hips and knees, it was affecting my everyday life but he gave me some hope. He arranged for me to have the scans he thought would show what the problem is and I can’t thank him enough for his time (he didn’t rush me one bit), professionalism and knowledge. Brilliant consultant in my eyes and I would recommend him to anyone! Also, his secretary is super efficient and extremely pleasant. An all round positive experience.

A great surgeon, but could have done with a follow up visit post surgery. Also, at the RNOH there was very little physiotherapy after surgery, just enough to get me out of the hospital, with a sheet of exercises to practice at home. My prior surgery with Mr Pollock was conducted at the Spire Bushey, where there was a comprehensive programme of physio which meant that I recovered faster and was back to work in 1 month.

Hi, Mr. Pollock carried out a bi- lateral knee replacement as I had been suffering with osteo arthritis for a number of years. When I decided it was time to have the operation I looked for a surgeon and Rob was the second surgeon I saw and took to him immediately. He is a great guy who is easy to talk to, he listens to your concerns and puts you at ease. He discusses all your options and puts them across in a way you can understand and take on board with out fear. The operation was a complete success and the after care from Rob and his team at Bushey Spire was second to none. Having both knees replaced at the same time (although it was my choice) was a bit daunting but Rob reassured me and I will be forever grateful for his skill and dedication and for the change it has made to me. I cannot praise Rob highly enough and would thoroughly recommend him to anyone. Robin Pollock and your team , Thank you,
