I was referred to see Mr Rishi Chana in January 2020. From the very beginning of the consultation both myself and my husband found Mr Chana to be very professional, extremely knowledgeable and easily approachable. He explained fully my condition and what would be involved in a total hip replacement operation. Mr Chana provided me with lots of written information on the whole process which I found very helpful. I had the procedure on 29 February 2020 and on the morning of my admission Mr Chana spent time with both myself and my husband explaining the procedure in full which further assured us. Mr Chana then visited me frequently during the time I was in hospital and kept a close eye on my recovery. I have since had 2 follow up consultations during the last 8 weeks after my operation. Mr Chana is very pleased with my recovery and has been extremely supportive through the whole process. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Chana for all his support before, during and after my surgery. He has made it possible for me to have a normal pain free life and I will always be grateful for this.
