RICHARD STERLING IS AN EXCELLENT EYE SURGEON,HE HAS REMOVED CATARACTS FROM EACH OF MY EYES AND IN BOTH INSTANCES ALL ASPECTS OF MY CARE FROM INITIAL CONSULTATION TO POSTOPERATIVE REVIEW HAVE BEEN OUTSTANDING
