I met, and was treated by Mr Smith in December 2018 for a simple cateract removal and lens replacement. The waiting room was full, and it was clearly a very busy morning for the surgical teams, however, my consultation was very thorough and not rushed. I felt that I was listened to and that my concerns were addressed. The surgery was quite different from a very complicated one that I had previously, and Mr. Smith could not have done more to reassure me during the procedure. He was kind, informative and funny and I am 100% confident to recommend him with my most grateful Thanks.
