Mr Sinnerton initially reviewed me, as a previous AC joint stabilisation surgery by another surgeon had failed. I was reassured by Mr Sinnerton that he would be able to fix the previous repair by completely replacing it with a different system (hookplate). To complicate matters, on commencing the procedure, more damage than originally anticipated was discovered. The collar bone was badly damaged. Not only was Mr Sinnerton able to tidy away the broken bits of bone, but also installed the hookplate as planned, even with less bone to work with. The plate was removed as planned six months or so later, all went exactly as planned. Mr Sinnerton, has a great bedside manner, and a great sense of humour. He is able to immediately put you at ease. He explains exactly the procedure and timings/effects thereof in a highly informative and understandable manner. Mr Sinnerton has the upmost professionalism at every touchpoint. Many thanks Richard.
