First class professional consultant, can not fault the care and treatment I received. I was kept informed every step of the way during my treatment and was treated with respect and dignity at all times, my concern where listened too and all questions I asked were fully answered. Excellent service, I would highly recommend both Mr Heasley and Highfield Hospital to anyone.
Mr Heasley replaced my left shoulder in April as an NHS patient. A few months later Ihave practically the full range of movement in it, something I didn't think would be possible. I am about to have my right shoulder replaced by him, this time privately due to NHS waiting lists & the fact that he has moved away from my health carectrust. So I couldn't have him replace my right shoulder via the NHS.
I had Subacromial decompression surgery by Mr Heasley at Highfield BMI. I was under Mr Heasleys care for over a year before the surgery. I have to say what an amazing consultant, listened to everything I had to say, explained everything in detail, and made sure I understood everything before going ahead with surgery. I'm still in the process of recovery, but can feel the difference already. Would definitely recommend Mr Heasley for anyone considering it.
Mr Heasley saved my life when I had necrotising fasciitis of the leg he not only removed the infection he managed to save my leg from being amputated he ensured I was given the best of care afterwards during my stay in intensive care and continued to do so once moved to a ward for my stay at north Manchester hospital. He is an amazing man and enough credit couldn't be given to him from anyone he will always have a place in my heart
I am a nurse who needed surgery. Mr Hearsley was so caring and a very good communicator giving a full explanation of the what the surgery involved. I would highly recommend him to others.
