Mr Rhys Williams gave me a Total Knee Replacement as an NHS patient at the Nuffield Trust in June 2018. He inspired me with confidence at my pre op appointment as he has excellent inter personal skills. My operation went well and my scar is so neat and has healed very well. I was walking without crutches 3 weeks post op and after several physio apppintments I have now resumed Gym and Aqua activities. I am delighted with the outcome and will be eternally grateful to Mr Williams for the relatively straightforward (for me), skilful procedure that will enable me to walk painfree with my new knee. The after care has also been of high quality and the staff at the Vale ,Nuffield Trust were caring and attentive. Many Thanks Moira Atherton

Six days ago I had a partial knee replacement with Mr Rhys Williams and would highly recommend him. On my first consultation he was well informed regarding my condition and listened and answered any concerns in an easy to understand and down-to-earth manner. The surgery was extremely successful and I returned home three days after the operation and continue to see speedy improvement every day. The whole process has been virtually painless (due to very good pain control) which is a huge advantage with rehab excersise. He came highly recommended to me by several people and I can only add my voice to this recommendation.
