I have great respect for the way in which Mr Williams treated me. He made me feel at ease and explained everything relating to my injury and the surgery that would be required in a way that was fully understood by me. His care was of the highest standard and I have the greatest of admiration for the way he treated me during my stay in hospital and the follow up outpatient care I am still receiving.
