My dentist had monitored an unerupted impactyed wisdom tooth for nearly 40 years and following the most recent xray and scan, advised surgical removal to avoid any future problems arising from suspected early decay. My GP recommended a consulation with Mr Williams, which was undertaken at Spire Little Aston. I was reassured by Mr Williams who clearly outlined the risk of nerve damage balanced against the risk of infection at some point on the future if surgery wasn't undertaken, even though there had been no symptoms or discomfort to date.
The procedure was undertaken by Mr Williams at Spire Parkway under a general anaesthetic three months ago and I have been left with no ongoing symptoms or discomfort. Mr Williams was extremely reassuring throughout the whole process and I had complete confidence in the outcome, which overcame any natural initial hesitation that I may have had.
