My dentist had monitored an unerupted impactyed wisdom tooth for nearly 40 years and following the most recent xray and scan, advised surgical removal to avoid any future problems arising from suspected early decay. My GP recommended a consulation with Mr Williams, which was undertaken at Spire Little Aston. I was reassured by Mr Williams who clearly outlined the risk of nerve damage balanced against the risk of infection at some point on the future if surgery wasn't undertaken, even though there had been no symptoms or discomfort to date. The procedure was undertaken by Mr Williams at Spire Parkway under a general anaesthetic three months ago and I have been left with no ongoing symptoms or discomfort. Mr Williams was extremely reassuring throughout the whole process and I had complete confidence in the outcome, which overcame any natural initial hesitation that I may have had.

I was bullied relentlessly throughout my childhood and teenage years for my severe underbite and misaligned jaws, to the point of going into a deep depression. With the help of the staff from Good Hope in Sutton, they put me forward to see Mr Rhodri Williams. I was booked in for surgery early January of 2017, but due to an overcrowding of the hospital, my long awaited appointment was delayed. Knowing how much this surgery meant to me and what my current mental state was like, Mr Williams put in a good word to ensure that I was seen as quickly as possible in the following days. The following week, I went into surgery and awoke with an entirely new face and 1000% more confidence. For the first time in my life I loved looking at myself in the mirror. Consultation date: 18th May. From the outset of meeting Mr Willams he was approachable, friendly, caring and listened to my challenging experiences of coping with my impacted wisdom tooth. Treatment date: 8th June. On the day of treatment Mr Williams presented the same positive demeanour which was very reassuring. Throughout the treatment both he and his dental nurse were very communicative which again put me at ease knowing in advance what procedure he was going to do next. I had local anaesthetic to remove the tooth which was pain free! I was given all the appropriate information regarding self care and recovery. I’m more than happy with the excellent service I received and would highly recommend Mr Williams!

I have had two wisdom teeth removed by Mr Williams. I was quite apprehensive when I was told I had to have my tooth removed, not having any fillings or having had any teeth out since I was a child. Mr Williams was professional, kind and caring throughout. He talked me through the whole procedure to make sure there weren’t any surprises and kept checking that I was ok. He made the whole experience as comfortable and worry free as possible and I cannot recommend him highly enough.
