I was made to feel very welcome at my appointment, the doctor greeted me nicely and had read about and mentioned my previous appointment with him. I felt listened to and was asked clear relevant questions and given time to answer. The information I was given helped me and I was extremely happy with this. I am pleased that I was told I would be referred for a scan and would have my next follow up appointment sent to me. The whole appointment was comfortable and reassuring and I didn’t feel like I was wasting anyones time.
